A 7.3 x 5.7 x 2.7 cm matrix covered by small white crystals of laumontite, quartz and a few brassy chalcopyrite crystals. On one side of this matrix there are many glassy pink terminated transparent crystals of apophyllite-(KF) to 1.5 cm in length. Very clean of damage; great pink color for this species. Gorgeous partly transparent and gemmy blue lustrous cubic crystals of fluorite to 3.0 cm on edge are forming a showy 6.1 x 4.7 x 4.0 cm cluster without matrix. Amber translucent scalenohedral crystals of calcite to 0.6 cm in length are scattered about. A few of the calcite crystals are cleaved; the fluorite crystals are in excellent condition. This has great color for the mining district and makes for a lovely large miniature specimen. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. Several beautiful glassy transparent light purple to deep amber colored cubic fluorite crystals measuring to 2.0 cm on edge are set on a 7.2 x 5.4 x 3.3 cm matrix of sparkling black crystallized sphalerite. Very tiny chipping is present on some of the fluorite crystal edges as seen in the photos; overall I feel that this is in excellent condition. The quality of the fluorite crystals, and the high luster, make for an excellent piece for this closed locality. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. An excellent display quality small cabinet piece for pyrrhotite! The specimen consists of a 9.3 x 8.2 x 4.6 cm matrix, this mostly coated by small needle-like crystals of quartz and sparkling black sphalerite. There are four groupings of lustrous brassy sharply formed pyrrhotite crystals, the largest 2.2 cm across, scattered aesthetically about this matrix. No damage.
